Thoughtful Thursday

A person experiences life as something separated from the rest – a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this self-imposed prison, and through compassion, to find the reality of Oneness – Albert Einstein

Possible questions to ponder as you go into your weekend – are there thoughts that hold you back from experiencing life fully? Are you separated in any way from those around you? What does compassion for yourself mean to you? Do you need more compassion in your life towards yourself and others? How would you incorporate it into your overall experience? Share with me!

Like beating yourself up for things that are out of your control/inevitable/not your fault? A lot of times my intention in a yoga class is to let go of all the things I can’t control.
